Mount Vernon Tennis Club's Ellie makes US Open Debut

Ellie and the Junior Wheelchair U.S. Open!!

Ellie was drawn against her doubles partner from Japan and lost 6-3 6-4. She was then drawn against top seeds in doubles and in a very competitive match they lost lost 6-3 7-5. The matches have been a great experience and were shown live on Amazon Prime and ESPN.

To be playing at this level is a great achievement and the club wish Ellie all the best for the future
